Our Journey
Founded in 2011 by Emre Yilmaz, a former executive at one of Turkey's leading multinational corporations, Business Coaching Turkey began with a simple yet powerful vision: to transform how businesses operate in Turkey's dynamic economic landscape. After witnessing firsthand the challenges companies faced during rapid growth and market transitions, Emre recognized the need for specialized coaching that combined international best practices with deep local market understanding.
What started as a small consultancy working with family-owned businesses in Istanbul has evolved into Turkey's premier business coaching firm. Our initial team of three coaches has grown to a diverse network of fifteen specialized professionals serving clients across Turkey and neighboring countries. In 2015, we expanded our methodology to include proprietary assessment tools specifically calibrated for the Turkish business environment.
A defining moment in our history came in 2017 when we partnered with global leadership development institutes to bring advanced coaching certifications to Turkey. This collaboration elevated our capabilities and established us as thought leaders in the region's business coaching landscape. By 2019, we had opened our dedicated coaching center in Istanbul, creating a hub for executive development, team workshops, and business transformation initiatives.
Today, Business Coaching Turkey stands as a trusted partner to over 150 organizations, from emerging startups to established enterprises, helping them navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth in an increasingly complex business environment.

He holds certifications from the International Coaching Federation and INSEAD's Executive Coaching program. Emre specializes in leadership transitions and strategic business transformations.
Ayşe Kaya
Senior Business Coach
Ayşe joined our team in 2014 after a successful career in management consulting. She holds an MBA from Koç University and specialized coaching certifications in team dynamics and organizational development.
